Tickets for events at British Airways ARC

All customers under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18+.

In general, under 3’s are not permitted but the age restriction can vary depending on the event itself – please check the individual event page for specific age restrictions. 

Regardless of age, children require their own ticket when attending an event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the event’s age restriction before purchasing tickets.

For an event where stalls standing tickets are on sale, we recommend all children under 14 are seated in the Circle or Balcony levels.

Kensington Olympia station is 5 minutes away from British Airways ARC, served by three lines:

• Mildmay Line (Overground): For frequent services between Stratford and Clapham Junction. From May 2026, there will be extra peak-time trains on this line, with shuttle services between Clapham Junction and Shepherd’s Bush during peak hours.
• District Line (Underground): Runs a limited service between Kensington Olympia and Edgware Road on weekends/public holidays.

Kensington Olympia station is wheelchair accessible and within walking distance to the venue.

London taxis are available outside the venue and ride-hailing services can be requested on Hammersmith Road or Blythe Road.
